Super Simple 15-Minute Chicken Salad

Here is a seriously simple and easy recipe for a chicken salad that I make for my teens after school.  It takes about 15 minutes, hardly any materials and it's incredibly delicious.

  • 1 16-ounce box of elbow macaroni
  • 1 can of peas
  • 16 ounces of chicken cut up (or use 2 cans of premium chunk chicken breast)
  • 1/2 cup of mayo -Morton's Nature's Seasoning, to taste

Cook the pasta according to the box directions (takes about 10 minutes).  Drain.  While the pasta is cooking, put the peas, chicken and mayo in a large bowl.  Add the cooked pasta. Stir.  Add Morton's Nature's Seasoning to taste.

That's it.  Done.  So easy.  And so good.
