Use this checklist to help you ensure your nursery is ready to go when baby comes home from the hospital. Start as early as possible as soon as the initial morning sickness fades. To do the nursery completely and without the rush, start in the early second trimester if you can while you are still relatively mobile and energetic. Avoid the last minute rush. Remember, if you are clearing a space to make room for a nursery, there may be some lifting, housework and light handyman work involved so slow and steady and early is the best way to go.
