Don’t stew, just do!

Ruminating or worrying solves nothing.  When you feel the worry bug come on, stop and instead do something!  Make a plan to address the issue. Redirect your attentions to another productive activity.  Do one small thing within your control related to the issue.  Pray.  Anything but waste time and energy worrying!
